The handy 9 x 4 centimeter tool is made of soft, flexible plastic with a stainless steel grinding surface incorporated on the back. With the arched curvature of this file, the leather and especially the leather edge can be brought back into perfect shape. A uniformly shaped edge is the prerequisite for playing the cue ball, especially with left or roght english.

There are three useful tools on the front: A round trimmer made of aluminum is incorporated in the center. At the top there is a small round cylinder from which 20 small metal tips protrude. This allows you to pick up the pores of the surface of the adhesive leather to ensure optimal chalk adhesion. The built-in narrow 4 centimeter long plastic rail serves to harden the edge of the leather tip by rubbing it.

What makes the Trimmer Ultimo unique are the troughs on the side. They are not only very useful when handling all tools, because you always have a firm grip on the tool, but also serve to check whether the desired radius of the leather tip is given. This template has 8 different radius specifications. From a radius of 7.5 to 12.5 you can easily and quickly check all curves from 9 millimeters snooker leather to 14 millimeters pool.
